The year started with camp on my favourite island Lanzatore, where I had a few days with Coach Helle at Sands Beach Resort. After that she went to the States which means that communication from then and until ETU European Champs at Mallorca has been through TrainingPeaks, Skype and WhatsApp. Here is a small recap of my season to let you see how well it has worked 😉

ETU European Champs – Paguera-Mallorca Challenge: 3rd and for the first time reunited with Coach.
It is impossible to say what it would have looked like if it weren’t for the continent and time difference between us, one thing I can say is that I am happy about the way we have worked and how my 2014 season has turned out! It was my first year with “real elite starts” and I have learned a lot by testing myself against the “big girls”.
I am taking a bit of time off now the season has ended, and like to thank you for the amazing support I have recieved! This is to HFtriathlon, Ben and Helle for the great coaching.
